If you and your physio decide that traction is a good idea let me know and I will pass my kit to you. It has been sitting in a cupboard unused for 2 years and needs a good home. If you pay the postage we can call it quits.

Paul, that is so kind of you, I will certainly discuss this with her when I see her next Tuesday.

My consultant phoned me (beats waiting in the hospital!!) this morning and after discussion she said she now thinks I do have RA in my neck
as well as the three disc problems - it's one big laugh, I thinkConfused I'm to reduce slightly the steroids and I have started the TB treatment today.
Please God there are no problems to encounter along the way.

I also went to OT yesterday and she she was amazed by how I was coping (she doesn't see the bad days!), anyway she has offered my
a course of relaxation to help me cope with it all - I hope I don't snore!!! LOL
